Yes, we schedule an appointment that works with your schedule and will meet you on-site.
Will you assist us in the permit process?
Yes, we do, we will work with our design and engineering teams to do structural plans, and site plans to submit to city or county building departments on your behalf.
Do you provide me with a drawing to approve prior to permitting?
Yes, after working with you and determining what you would like, we design and send to you for final approval before entering the permit process.
How long does it take to get a building permit?
The timeline for a building permit varies depending on requirements of the city or county.
Can my garage style match my home?
Absolutely we can match roof pitch, windows, siding and style to compliment your home.
Can you build a completely finished structure or can I finish the building at a later date.
Yes, we can do a turn key structure or we can build you a dried-in building and you can do your buildings electrical, insulation and sheetrock anytime at your convenience.
Do we assist with plans, permits and submittals?
Yes, we do, we work with our designer and engineer (if needed) to create a thorough submittal package based on the County or City requirements.
Do you do the work yourselves?
Yes, we do the excavation/site work, concrete set up and pour, place and finish, lumber package will be delivered then framing begins, next is roofing then siding to match home. We offer options to add electrical, insulation and sheetrock.
Do you provide any other construction services other than garages?
Yes, we do all types of excavation as well as residential and commercial concrete.
